Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard shipping across Australia. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and local customs processing times. An estimated window will be provided at checkout where available. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at anthony@donutdaddy.com.au and we'll sort it out.
