Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Donut Daddy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at anthony@donutdaddy.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, food items cannot be returned once delivered. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items, damaged goods), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us at anthony@donutdaddy.com.au within 24 hours of delivery.
