Anthony Randello-Jahn

Food has always been more than a passion for me. It has been the foundation of my creativity, the way I express emotion, and the bridge between art, performance, and connection.

My journey began in hospitality, where I spent over a decade learning how to turn food into an experience. Over the years, I built two brands that became cornerstones of my career. Levain Doughnuts grew into one of Melbourne’s most loved artisan doughnut shops, known for its handcrafted quality, bold flavours, and wholesale partnerships across the city. Jamm’d Dessert Bar, my dessert food truck, brought that same passion on the road, serving indulgent creations at festivals, private events, and activations across Victoria.

Those businesses opened the door to something much larger. I began sharing my creativity through video, blending my love of food, storytelling, performance, and visual artistry. What started as simple recipe clips evolved into cinematic food content seen by millions around the world.

Today, I work across multiple creative fields. I develop and film original recipes, collaborate with national and international brands, and produce high-quality digital campaigns that merge luxury, emotion, entertainment, and food. My work sits at the intersection of hospitality, content creation, performance, and brand storytelling.

In February 2026, my first cookbook, The Donut Daddy Cookbook, was released with Penguin Random House and Ten Speed Press. The book is a celebration of creativity, indulgence, and the craft that started it all, bringing my signature approach to desserts, flavour, and storytelling into kitchens around the world.

Everything I create comes from a desire to connect and to leave people inspired, entertained, and hungry for more. Whether it is through a dessert, a story, a brand campaign, or a screen, my world is built on passion, precision, and imagination.
